Voids Maintenance Officer (Facilities and Environmental Services)
Location: Kensington and Chealsea
Hours per week: 36 hrs
All candidates must hold a clean, valid licence required, also they must have hands-on repair experience.
Candidate needs to be able to physically carry out barrel lock changes and minor repairs themselves.
This is not a role where the candidate could work from home as they would be required to visit properties on a daily basis.
Non Hybrid working, required to be in a van and visiting void properties and offices. If successful position can be offered on a permanent basis.
This role will involve being out visiting properties, recording meter readings and carrying out lock changes but there will also be some administrative tasks that will require sitting in an office
