Are you a people person with a passion for making a difference in your community? We’re looking for Resident Liaison Officers to join our team and be the vital link between residents and our project teams.
About the Role:
As a Resident Liaison Officer, you will play a key role in ensuring residents are informed, supported, and heard throughout the lifecycle of [repairs / construction / regeneration / housing maintenance] projects. You will help build trust and maintain positive relationships between our organisation and the community we serve.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the first point of contact for residents, addressing queries and concerns quickly and professionally.
- Arrange and attend resident meetings, consultations, and home visits.
- Provide clear communication about planned works, timelines, and any potential disruption.
- Keep accurate records of interactions, feedback, and actions taken.
- Work closely with site teams to minimise the impact of works on residents’ day-to-day lives.

- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Experience in a customer service or liaison role (experience in housing, construction, or public sector is a plus).

Qualifications:
- 5 GCSE equivalent including English and Math
- Project Management or Housing qualification (Desirable)
