Family Support Workers / Early Help Practitioners – (Multi Agency Teams)

EARLY HELP FAMILY PRACTITIONER has been created to work alongside various local authorities working within the Early Help service, the Practitioner will work systemically using signs of safety to support families experiencing multiple and complex needs by delivering early intervention work. The work will involve case holding cases and capacity building of community partners through our locality action panels. The workers will work with families to assess need, create a plan and work with the families and partners to deliver progress against the issues being experienced. They will also coordinate and attend Team around the family meetings and support the step down of cases through the LAPs or closures as and when appropriate.

Rates of pay range from £15.50ph – £18.00ph
